Update: No dice after 12+ hours of nonstop work. I have since given up, cried, and ordered comfort noodles. Time to start asking the neighbors for one I can borrow

Eight hours of troubleshooting later I've naught but prayers. Swapping ram arojnd had no effect so I don't think just one of them might be fried, and it doesn't make sense that all four would be. This is some fresh hell

Definitely a driver issue

All of the drivers have been updated, reversed, backed up, switched around, paid for, and to top it off sometimes it even crashes in safe mode, when there are no drivers So Nah
