This has the massive benefit of taking all of the strap's pressure off of your feet, as well as preserving the straps and keeping them in place better since they aren't constantly rubbing against the floor :3 They stay on so much better but you don't even feel them there

I was just informed by a friend that using trackers on your bare or socked feet, or on normal shoes, will not only mess with your feet and track straps, but it will also absolutely ruin your spine over time -- And split-sole shoes or low-heeled shoes fix this issue :D
