The smallest scarf will make a world of difference. If your neck and ears are covered, you'll be warm. Insulate your building better by lining doors and windows with towels, blankets, or bedsheets. Drink warm or hot liquids. Cooking will always make you feel warmer.

If you've gotten sweaty, change your base layer asap after you're done the activity. Hugging the kettle is advised. And always bring a snuggle buddy to bed (even if that's just an extra pillow to hug)
