So far my second vaccine dose has had less side effects then the first. Some co-workers reported headaches/general achiness but nothing for me yet.

Do you know why so many healthcare workers are opting out though? There's so much hearsay in normie crowds, but... Are there any actually valid reasons? I need help convincing my grandparents to get it

Unfortunately healthcare workers are just regular people and share the same fears and biases as the general public. There's a high level of distrust particularly now in institutions.
