Can people who meal prep please explain to me how your brain lets you eat the same thing more than once? I'm not even a big fan of leftovers because I just hate eating the same meal more than once a week

Well, if you genuinely can't stand it, then no point in trying to force yourself! Otherwise it's discipline. It's less leftovers and more just a very regulated menu when you prep, you can change it every week so that you have the new thing to look forward to for the next week
