What kind of discomfort? Physical, mental, discontent, annoyance, etc?
If it's all of it, it could have absolutely nothing to do with meditation, just general bad mood lately.. Or meditation has made you realize an extreme level of discontent with life and you're facing what your reality has been for a while, but you haven't stopped to listen to :o
