I know there are many streamers who are against others talking about their own stream in chat and that's totally valid
But for me, hearing about others streams, achievements, or experiences on the platform helps me feel more connected to our community and I really love that 
It's when people come in for the first time, go "PHEW hi nice to meet you I JUST HAD A GREAT STREAM so how's it going" and then proceed to mention their stream in every comment they make, then leave, that creates a bad taste in the mouth.
