This sounds absolutely amazing, but I'd highly recommend just baking some things that don't need a mixer first to see if you'll get into it, or borrow someone's mixer! So you don't buy something that you may end up using only once :'D

Saaaame, I think I finally kicked the habit just this year, but only after *so* many wasted memberships and things that I ended up giving to friends or family :b

And borrowing things that don't get used often is eco friendly anyway
