My neck has been absolutely killing me since WFH, anyone got any tips.
Already tried to massage it, which helped for a solid 10 min.

Yeah sadly not possible with working from home where I'll have to be on a computer. I already try to not be on it while I'm not working =/

In that case, something that helped me was consolidating as much as possible to one monitor! Even if you have to click a bit more often to switch between things, it definitely helps the strain :)
