Any Overwatch-savvy folks know why my account might have lost all play hours, character levels, and unlocked skins? I streamed it for a month and half just before comp came out, years ago, and it's saying I only have 8 hours in. It's definitely the only account I have.

If it's been more than a year, it's possible that the multiple updates that rewrote the framework of the game might be to blame. I'd say try playing a few matches and seeing if restarting the game does anything. If you need help testing anything, add me at VictorSeven#11611

I played a few matches and definitely restarted a number of times, tried different regions as well. Nothing helps. Apparently it's an issue for others as well, at least with skins being lost. It's a shame that there's no response from the company.
