Make sure your in the main game and not the ptr.
Any Overwatch-savvy folks know why my account might have lost all play hours, character levels, and unlocked skins? I streamed it for a month and half just before comp came out, years ago, and it's saying I only have 8 hours in. It's definitely the only account I have.

Haha, if I genuinely get back into it at any point I'll let you know! For now it's just one of the only things I can do with a few choir pals. I'm generally not a fan of PVP stuff, the campaign in OverWatch is my favorite thing so far

It could be regions in bnet but other than that I’m not sure. Never had that problem on any of my accounts

Overwatch is one of my obsessions, but I have no idea why this would happen. How long has it been since you touched the account? There have been a few massive updates that rewrote the foundations, but I'm not sure if that would affect account data.
