I went to bed early with a migraine kinda hoping that it was gonna be a nap, but now it’s 6am, and I don’t really know what to do about it.

A mood. Just sleep when you're tired if your schedule allows it at all - Overall you'll start to feel more rested even if some days you wake up at 6 and some at 12
