:) Just got over the last of the bad back pain from a few days ago, was motivated to start doing stuff again.. Kneeling to sort presents before a short stream, and as I reach for one, a sharp jolt of pain radiates from the base of my neck. I can't sit or turn my head again. :)
Oh dear. Time to sit less than 8 hours a day, regularly do light workouts for those back and shoulder muscles, go to yoga, and keep your posture in check to keep this from becoming chronic pain like mine

Lol sweetness I’ve had 4 sets of SI injections, 2x lumbar and 5 hip surgeries it’s too late for me
Pole helps though as I have hypermobility so I need to strengthen everything up so I don’t fall apart -
Ohh, damn. You've got it all. I'm going to therapy on a weekly basis, but my pain actually all started a year ago... when I sneezed incorrectly. So I figured you were just getting started as well.
