Keto day two today! So far no-carb crunchy muesli with high fat yogurt is keeping me from craving sugary things for breakfast that are typically Dutch. Any other good tips to beat the sugar cravings? I saw raspberries are okay to eat in moderation too <3
+1 on the salt. Sodium magnesium and potassium are very important to supplement :3 On sugar cravings though, honestly, the less you replace normal sweets with "keto" sweets, the better. Your body will keep craving it if you taste the sweetness, even if it's low carb.
