Do you watch YouTube let's play videos without commentary for entertainment (i.e. not just for walkthrough help if you're stuck or something)? Like just straight gameplay capture, no voice, no editing.

It hasn't really changed, it looks like. Vast majority only watch no commentary blind playthroughs for story spoiler compilations, maybe help when stuck, or background noise. There is no opinion or reaction from the influencer themselves that pushes decisions one way or another.
