Hello :3 Taking another day to chill. My weird sharp neck and back pain returned, and I can't turn my head fast or far (see: play game + read chat) without making it worse.
Chiropractor early tomorrow morning, and staying mostly static for today :D

Muscle spasm. You probably flipped onto your stomach in your sleep. Robaxin is over the counter in Canada. It's amazing.
It actually happened Saturday night while I was awake, just sitting there. Last time, months ago, it was caused by a sneeze. Pressure in the wrong place, bad posture every now and then.
