Police. Law enforcement. But if there was a need for education and licensing and mental health checks, etc, federally, and actually enforced, he wouldn't have killed anyone. At all. And if automatic weapons were illegal for citizens, he would have killed maybe one. Not more.

Soldiers have guns. Giving guns to soldiers ≠ giving guns to civs. Also, we aren't in a world war. Literally just talking about civs. These countries make their own laws. Countries that enforced strict laws after civilians were allowed to have guns saw a reduction in gun crime.

I have. At a range. Like, where rules and laws are more enforced than anywhere else. And that has absolutely no impact on anything I've said. Shooting a paper is not shooting a person, or ever having the need to. So I have no idea why you keep insisting on this. It's irrelevant.
