Semi autos have still been used (effectively) in a majority of mass shootings. It doesn't matter if the gun is a pos in your opinion. It takes lives fast. Flintlock pistols used to take a minute to reload. Even with 20 seconds to reload, easier to stop shooters after one shot.

And cars, their sales, driver's licences, driving on the road, insurance, are all way more regulated than guns. You can't just buy any car, get in, and drive off. There should be gun licenses, mental health checks, etc. Not just.. go to a gun show, grab one and go shoot stuff.

Enforced federally, across the board, with no loopholes.* I didn't think that needed to be said.

It's not natural to NEED to defend yourself when you're a little child at food festival with your family.

Police. Law enforcement. But if there was a need for education and licensing and mental health checks, etc, federally, and actually enforced, he wouldn't have killed anyone. At all. And if automatic weapons were illegal for citizens, he would have killed maybe one. Not more.

For the record, no, actually. I'm a pescatarian. Also, this is silly and irrelevant. And an assumption. It's not usually wise to base your debates, arguments, and logic on mere assumption.
