There is plenty of evidence of this exact thing happening. It's very easy to look up. But for you, it seems easier to cover your ears and yell profanities at people.
And in other places, it's even less regulated. In some states, it's a lot more regulated. So... Your point? It's wildly unregulated in many locations and in many scenarios and guns get into the hands of people they shouldn't. Including, sometimes, 13 year old boys.

The proposed amendments were written in 1791. The right to bear arms was never intended to refer to guns like an AK that can mow down a crowd of Innocents in seconds. Think of the kinds of guns they had back there. Can't unload on a crowd when your gun takes a minute to reload.
