Streamers who have had to deal with vocal injuries: How? I'm pretty sure I've hurt something overstressing with Twitch Sings, and all the talking and excitement at the Summit didn't help. I'm gonna lay off the Nirvana buy not sure how to recover since we talk all day.

Drink only warm-hot water, and often. (This is all I drink ever) Make it throat coat tea every now and then. It helps relax a tight/strained neck. No whispering. Look up straw exercises for vocals, they super help, but wait a bit to do them if they hurt. Try to avoid coughing.
