What do ya do when you just don't feel like yourself? I don't feel my usual signs of depression, I'm just so irritable/more quick to anger and feel like everything I do or say is what I normally wouldn't or shouldn't do
wish there was a big ol' reset button I could push.

Two possible solutions: Sleep more if you aren't getting enough sleep, and say no to things. Because every time you say yes to something, you're saying no to something else - Your subconscious is very aware of the precious time and energy you are giving away to unnecessary things

I thankfully don't get cramps so I never have a scheduled shark week, as it be. But whenever I'm particularly sleep deprived I bite everyone's head off; every little thing is irritating to me, everything feels slightly off and wrong, uncoordinated, a bit out of body, a lot wtf.

I'm definitely like that too when I'm undersleeping or just going to bed way later than I know I should :< I also did happen to start my period this morning, which every month it happens I have this "aha! So that's why I felt/acted so weird" moment LOL
