What do ya do when you just don't feel like yourself? I don't feel my usual signs of depression, I'm just so irritable/more quick to anger and feel like everything I do or say is what I normally wouldn't or shouldn't do
wish there was a big ol' reset button I could push.

I thankfully don't get cramps so I never have a scheduled shark week, as it be. But whenever I'm particularly sleep deprived I bite everyone's head off; every little thing is irritating to me, everything feels slightly off and wrong, uncoordinated, a bit out of body, a lot wtf.
