Sure it's worded badly, I can let that be. And to answer your question with two other questions: Do you have to listen to everyone's opinions? Do you have to accept everyone's opinions? No, you don't.
Course it can be ignored. Anything can be. But when you get a comment like this 2-5 times a day, it becomes very obvious that men think it's their right to tell women what to do with their bodies. It's important to educate people that this is WRONG. Your 1st comment proves that.
