The important thing is having fun 
I started swing dancing and loved it instantly. 3 days of dancing passed and I ended my gym membership. I've struggled to find a year-round physical activity I enjoy for 10 years. Don't force or punish yourself for not thriving in things. Keep searching for what you'll love. <4

I could not agree more. I have always struggled to find something that is interesting AND a work out. Just pounding my knees into dust on a treadmill was never going to cut it. A year and a half ago, I started taking karate with my son and daughter, and I have loved it since.
