Kitty ear confusion. There's this slightly yellow crusty stuff and a few blood spots in and around her ears. It doesn't look dark like ear mites do. Does anyone know what this is, before I start looking for a vet?pic.twitter.com/0rWRSZoqNQ

The thing about going to the vet is, it's actually been 2 weeks, not 3, and I don't want to stress her out by taking her places so soon. She was given to me with a clean bill of health so it only started after, and I only noticed yesterday. Aaaand I don't have a vet yet 
Wellness is a great food, she’s fine on that wet food as long as you do a different flavor other than chicken, they have some good salmon based that’s also great for their skin and coat! if she had oral issues and is on hills I’m assuming she had a lot of plaque and tarter?
If that’s the case, then hills really is marketing to you how hard and big the food is because the cats have to stop and chew it longer, the crunching actually serves as brushing their teeth in a way. I would ask the vet when you get one if they NEED to be on that...
