We got a new fridge and dishwasher. They promised us a different fridge from what we got. We ended up with a cheaper model that we paid extra for. They also scratched up our floor. Will I ever have a home improvement, big or small, that isn't a train wreck?

The lovely people at the store said they would take care of everything, but the people in the labor side of home improvements are... mostly uncaring. Just $$$$. There are a few gems but we seem to have missed them at every turn
