We got a new fridge and dishwasher. They promised us a different fridge from what we got. We ended up with a cheaper model that we paid extra for. They also scratched up our floor. Will I ever have a home improvement, big or small, that isn't a train wreck?

No, not new stuff. They literally lied to us, charged us for one thing, and we got one way worse. I would never have bought the fridge they gave us. And there would have been no damage. There is no positive to this.
