How do you guys react though? Cats bring mice to their owners as a gift in a sign of respect, so even if it's gross, reacting badly could really confuse them

Oh my cat’s been an indoor cat since I’ve had her. It wouldn’t bother me, though. Hunting is deep in their instincts. Hence I’m on my toes when she stares at me from a dark living room at 3am.. for the past 7 years..
