Unconditionally loving yourself means being extremely gentle with yourself during these times. Not trying to get up too quickly. Acknowledging your pain and taking life minute by minute. Connecting with God also helps me through but I'm not sure about your spiritual beliefs
I don't believe in God, but I try to connect with my spirit guides frequently. Whether they're truly real or I'm helping myself with something of a placebo effect, it's always made me feel much more connected to the vibes and environment around me when I'm healthy. Thank you

Yeah, I've definitely thought about all of this before, but I am not and will never be religious or a believer.
