Streamer tips: 1) Take a mental health day if you’re not feeling well. 2) Make sure you eat, shower and are well rested before streaming. 3) If you hit your limit for energy then call the stream for the day. It hurts your community to see you push yourself past being tired.

Third one is something more people need to understand. Every time I see a tired streamer, I see content that could be better, a half-assed presentation and it's even worse if it's my first impression of stream. If you are tired/falling asleep, get your rest, we'll understand.

This one's hard to deal with sometimes. When a streamer is on a schedule and is failing to stay awake for one reason or another, it's unprofessional... but it's just as unprofessional to not be there when you say you will. Tired stream vs no stream. Tough call.
