Seeing streamers lead on donators with promises of a potential romantic relationship just to receive more money is pretty shitty. Stop doing that.

Straight up telling their top tippers they want to see where it goes after recieving thousands. I have seen this happen to three people with other streamers. It is frustrating to hear about. They lead them on for months. Meanwhile, they are raking in money and making excuses.

:[ That hurts to hear. I'm always a little on edge at first if a big tipper appears, because I've had one guy try to invite me to Spain, to be his date for a wedding, to take me on my dream travel trips... He left when he finally realized that no meant no.

But that's on them, not on us, if they want to indulge in those fantasies. As long as it doesn't extend into the real world without our consent. However, a streamer doing that to a viewer, especially when they don't mean it, is extremely cruel. Heartbreaking and destructive.

It hurts to see viewers I have actually taken on as real friends be used by people for their financial support. I understand getting paid, but you can be someone's friend without breaking their heart and lying.
