I just ordered new sheets. If new sheets won't help me get better sleep my last resort is going into one of those isolation tanks where you float in salt water and wonder how many people have marinated in it before you.

As long as your first time isn't when you have 5000 things to do because then you're just laying there wondering when you're getting out
