Don't follow someone back just because they have a high follower count. (Check that last RT.)
Also, if you go to his socialblade, his Twitter account follows thousands of accounts one day, and unfollows thousands the next. It's literally just an ad.

He has a program that does it. He targets a market, spam follows people in it, then unfollows them. He started out in the Twitch space when he had like 8k & some how managed to boost it up to 30K and verification from there. Someone at Twitter thought he deserved it LUL
