Considering the @GOP has the majority for the last 10 years, @TheDemocrats haven't been able to do anything. The @GOP tax scam has the deficit skyrocketing, so whatever tax cut you got will go towards the inflation of cost of goods. Everything you listed is the @GOP's fault.

That's not exactly true. The Dems haven't been able to do anything because they failed to fulfill promises, Pelosi refused to talk about impeachment of GW Bush & Cheney, so yeah they lost everything under HER leadership and Schumers in 2010.

You still need a majority to get anything done.

Pass a bill that allows Medicare to negotiate pricing!

Pass a bill that nationalizes Health Care, MDs work for the gov, Maximum Annual Salary $100k, gov pays for all malpractice insurance. Nobody should become a healer to get rich.

It would make a lot of sense to make medschool free, change system that creates scarcity of doctors, and get rid of the sky-high malpractice costs. Not sure what amount should be "maximum" pay, but changes are necessary.

Sounds great. Make med school free. Adjust max income reasonably. The whole point of having a Civilization is that we get to be more efficient by cooperation and planning ahead. Not everyone fighting for themselves.

“Make med school free” so by that notion anyone who wants to be a doc can be. Tell me would you rather have the Doc who made Cs working on you or the Doc who made As poking around in your body.
