    Why did it take so long to get on national TV? Delivery isn’t perfect but that will come. The person and the message are what really matter and those are amazing. As a double Duke grad I can’t believe I’m a huge fan of a UK legend, but the dude is legit.

    13 hours in I can safely say Elden Ring is solidly in "best game I have ever played" territory. The open world concept, this brilliantly executed, almost by itself gets rid of everything I didn't like about Souls and makes everything I did like even better.

    To everyone who has spent years saying trans people are exaggerating about how bad transphobia has become, and the dangerous real world impacts those beliefs lead to. We've been trying to warn you for years. Please, take this seriously. This is happening right now.

    Idaho's house just passed HB 675. It passed by a vote of 55-13. It would make providing gender affirming care to trans teens a felony with a life sentence.. Worse... it makes leaving the state with your trans teen to move elsewhere and provide them with care a felony as well.

    Just imagine that you are so completely bereft of ideas that your political platform includes opposing providing lunches for kids at elementary schools. Is this really what modern conservatism has become? It would be sad if it weren’t so cruel.

    If you somehow get past its beyond awful opening, Rise of the Shield Hero is truly incredible. The animation, story, and characters are a marvel. But can we please PLEASE get away from sexual assault as a plot device (that in this case it’s a false accusation is even worse).

    I found this a very good article. The war in Ukraine is not about Russia vs NATO. It is about an aging autocrat lashing out when confronted with his own mortality and decline. The idea that Ukraine, NATO, or anyone else “provoked” Putin is entirely without merit.

    This is why it was always wishful to think the largest country in the world attacking the largest country in Europe would result only in a limited war. This is madness. The U.S. must provision Ukraine w/ all they need to end this war. Provide Unmanned Combat Areal Vehicles, now.

    Russian army is firing from all sides upon Zaporizhzhia NPP, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe. Fire has already broke out. If it blows up, it will be 10 times larger than Chornobyl! Russians must IMMEDIATELY cease the fire, allow firefighters, establish a security zone!

    This. It is awful that Russian esports players and teams, many of whom are against the war, are affected. But it is also misguided to call out ESL and other TOs who are following the same practices many other sports/business entities are using to help fight Putin’s aggression.

    This isn't about Russian players. It's not xenophobia against Russians. It's in line with the way thousands of businesses around the world in different sectors are operating: if you sink the Russian economy, maybe Putin's billionaire friends call and ask him to stop. 🧵 (3/3)

    This is really informative about what to expect in the Russian economy in the days and weeks to come. It is not pretty at all.

    I wrote down some thoughts about the latest financial sanctions on Russia for . Interesting to note the run on Russia’s banks seems already to have started. All eyes will be on the ruble when foreign exchange markets reopen on Monday.

    I hope that all esports people especially with huge social media could spread info and tag leaders in their countries. Thats not so big deal if all talents, players and managers will do that every social media they could. But it will help Ukraine a lot. Just spend couple minutes.
