@YouTube trying to delete my old YouTube account it won’t let me access and I have videos on there. That I do not wish to be now! Been trying for 3 weeks now to get some technical help?

I have been offered all of this information! My old email is unavailable to reset my YouTube account is it possible to be deleted from your end? I now have a new YouTube account and do not want the old one visible
