Scott's attorney says records request to Broward election dept was given 26 hours ago. He didn't get a response back and says that the clerk did not meet her duties to respond in a reasonable time.

Attorney for Snipes, Broward's elex dept supervisor, says she has not denied their request, but she must be given more than a day to respond. He points out she was busy yesterday.

Attorney for Scott says not responding is the same as denying a record's request. Asking judge to have Snipes turnover the records within 2 hours of this hearing ending. Says the records should already exist and shouldn't take much time to compile.

Attorney Eugene Pettis represents Broward elex supervisor Brenda Snipes. He says his client is prepared to turn over the records to Scott as the judge ordered by 7 p.m. And he said there's no reason for Snipes to step down.

I watched the hearing. The judge noted Scott was correct it should have been available right after the election rather than three days later. She smacked Snipes down.

Isn’t ballots like these tainted or soiled ballots to be destroy? Some one needs to be locked up for this type of negligence. Shame on the election officials!
