Some of the casino companies are in such a poor state that I don't know if you are bailing them out from this or their poor management. Any money needs to to fund full payrolls and that's it.

Do you understand that those businesses employ people who will need jobs once this is over. They fail, no jobs to go back to. Helping industries to then help their employees serves 2 purposes. and yes, put strings on the money. a cap on executive pay, no stock buybacks, etc..

It’s the airlines, etc. that are usually paying these workers wages. Right now, those companies are lacking revenue to pay their workers. The only way we can weather this storm is to sustain the system. Preserve the companies so they can pay their workers and avoid layoffs.

It all comes down to if the companies actually continue paying their workers, rather than hoard their stimulus.
