Wow. People lose their jobs or are being vilified for the sort of racist tweets Ms Jeong has posted in the past yet the NYT promotes her to their editorial board? As a long time subscriber I’d appreciate an explanation.

Hatred is fine as long as it's against certain targets. If they dig up any anti-black or anti-gay tweets her goose is cooked. Until then, it's just SJW hate-mongering as usual.
