This move by the Governor is absurd unless there's a guarantee that there is replacements on the way that will be here in time to support the upstate New York people

Cuomo could have purchased 16,000 needed ventilators for $36,000 apiece for a total of $576 million in 2015. It’s alot of money but less than the $750 million he threw away on a boondoggle “Buffalo Billion” solar panel factory, the health dept ventilator lottery & on death panels
