You realize that Blue states and cities in NY are losing the high taxed citizens to other states and countries! Diminishing supply of taxpayers despite the promise of a "tiny" tax increase on high income citizens!

Citation please? Last I read, this is more rumor than fact, and the people leaving are primarily retiring baby boomers looking for a warmer climate. New York City is still a world hub for business, banking, and more.
