Had my brand new Yamaha R1 motorcycle parked on 29th street (between 8th and 9th ave) in Manhattan. My parking was absolutely legal. I always take picture of the way I park just in-case. Bikes on temp reg. Bike being towed due to missing sticker on plate, what? Also heavy damage.

Bike rolled out of dealer last week, I am allowed legally and by law to operate that motorcycle. Why this got towed and whom will pay for damage caused by NYPD tow crew? This has to be investigated. Absolute lack of professionalism from department. Horrible.
