        One sure way to restore safety in residential areas is ticketing trucks that drive on “passenger car only” streets WEA & RSD. They drive night & day-are never stopped. Shd produce bill of lading to prove right to drive 2 blocks for delivery-OR get SUMMONS! @NYPD24Pct @NYPDONeill
