After this accident investigation is completed they should implement a training class prior to each helicopter ride that teaches people how to: "REMOVE their HARNESSES" in case of an emergency.

It’s takes more than a class in removing the harness. I did Vehicle Rollover Training in the Army. It’s all different once you go upside down.
