The unprovoked beatdown of Wen Ruan BY Jose Hasing (Golden Boy) (who has a long rap sheet of multiple arrests and assaults) should be considered a BIAS CRIME by the NYPD. Three strikes, Hasing should be removed from the streets and MTA system
