UPDATE: An Off Duty Police Officer was fueling his vehicle at 914 Remsen Ave #Brooklyn when 2 perps attempted to rob the gas station and the officer at gun point. The Officer discharged his firearm striking the perpetrator in the lower rear torso.pic.twitter.com/fsImiOH6YP

UPDATE: No serious injuries to the off duty police officer reported. The perpetrator was pronounced DOA at 12:13am at Brookdale Hospital. The second suspect remains unapprehended as the investigation continues. The perps firearm was recovered from the scene.
