#NeighborhoodPolicing is a great idea. It really brings the community together and helps dispel some of the myths and negative attitudes surrounding law enforcement.

I’m all for community policing & also for going after criminals. If you don’t have the latter, crime will increase. It’s akin to UN peacekeeping, (soft power in the traditional sense), working if it is backed up by credible ‘hard power’. It’s COP backed by enforcement.
