SVU detectives / NYPD could not be nicer; the issue is with specific ADAs at the DA's Office who re-victimize via insensitive comments, impatience, delays, and callous disregard - making reporting of crimes pure hell. Prosecutorial immunity is a double-edged sword some abuse.
