The 27 y/o suspect, Akayed Ullah, was wearing an improvised explosion device attached to his body and he intentionally detonated it.

The suspect, Akayed Ullah, was apprehended on the scene. He sustained injuries from the explosion and was transported to a hospital. Four other people suffered minor injuries.

Just want to clarify: At the presser, PD said there were 3 other injuries and that it was unclear if Ullah accidentally detonated device prematurely. Can you please confirm it there are now 4 other injuries and that it was an intentional detonation? Many thanks.
