Update: The area of Liberty St. & Broadway, Lower #Manhattan is SAFE, but please avoid the location due to ongoing collision investigation and traffic congestion. There are preliminarily 6 pedestrians who were hurt. Removed to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.pic.twitter.com/dw5AF3A3d7
